EXCELLENT PROGRESS IN Q3 2025

Our construction team is making excellent progress at Oasis Mount Pleasant. Internally, the apartments are looking just as impressive. The team is aiming to complete as much of the internal finishes as possible before the Christmas season, as most trades will be taking a break from mid December.

If you have passed by the site recently, you may have noticed some exciting milestones where the scaffolding has been stripped down to Level 5 and is expected to be completely removed around mid January 2026. The tower crane is also scheduled to be dismantled and removed around mid December.

Construction Continues to Move Forward at An Impressive Pace

There has been so much progress on-site since our last update, it is wonderful to see how fast things are moving. Each floor is rising quickly and it is truly exciting to see the building take shape week by week.

Here is a summary of the latest works over March and April:

Basement
– Shotcrete works to the basement are complete
– Blockwork completed
 -Stud walls installed & flushing commenced
– Service runs 50%

Ground Floor
– Kingspan complete
– Blockwork commenced
– Service runs are approximately 50% completion

Level 1
– Firewalls installed
– Service runs are approximately 70% completion
– Window subframes installed

Level 2
– Window subsills set to commence next week
– Firewalls installation to follow window subsills

Level 4
– Concrete elements complete
– Formwork stripping commenced

Level 5
– Concrete elements are approximately 75% completion

Level 6
– Formwork deck are approximately 50% completion
– Concrete vertical elements are approximately 65% completion

We are currently anticipating the Level 7 suspended slab to be completed around the end of May, with internal fit out progressing on Levels 1- 3.
