On 4 June 2020, the Australian government announced the ‘HomeBuilder’ stimulus scheme, offering $25,000 grants to Owner-Occupiers and First Home Owners purchasing off-the-plan apartments.
In an effort to help the residential construction market bounce back from the Coronavirus crisis, the Australian government recently announced the ‘HomeBuilder’ scheme which offers $25,000 to eligible Owner Occupiers and First Home Buyers for their off-the-plan apartment purchase.
Additionally, the 75% off-the-plan stamp duty rebate has been expanded to include purchases in developments already under construction, capped at $25,000.
As Sanctuary Mount Pleasant will start construction within 3 months, the development is eligible for the grant & rebate, and their 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are an excellent option for Owner Occupiers and First Home Buyers to receive:
1) HomeBuilder Grant of $25,000 (from the Federal Government)*
2) FREE Stamp Duty (75% from WA Government and 25% from us as the developer)*
3) First Home Owners Grant worth $10,000*
