Sanctuary Mount Pleasant is NOW 95% SOLD with construction now halfway and is estimated to be completed early 2022!
Despite WA going into a 4 day full lockdown again recently and the rainy weather as of late, the construction process is still progressing impressively at Sanctuary.
Details of works completed last month are as follows:
- Installation of remaining boundary AFS wall systems
- Pouring of level 4 suspended slab back half and front half
- Pouring of all level 4 columns and AFS
- Pouring of level 5 suspended slab back half and front half
- Level 2 wall framing
- Continue first fix services to level 1 and level 2
- Start first fix to level 2
- Start wall framing to level 2
95% of the apartments have been sold at Sanctuary Mount Pleasant.
