Over $3M worth of Sanctuary Apartments Sold Last Week with Free Stamp Duty | DevelopWise | Perth luxury apartment developer

over $3 MILLION worth of Sanctuary Apartments were sold LAST WEEK after overwhelming response to FREE STAMP DUTY offer.

The developer of Sanctuary, DevelopWise, will further rebate the remaining 25% stamp duty on top of the State Government’s recently announced 75% stamp duty rebate, making all Sanctuary purchases 100% STAMP DUTY FREE.

Shortly after the special offer was announced, the incentive was proven popular when over $3 Million worth of Sanctuary apartments were snapped up by local buyers in just one week.

“Sanctuary Mount Pleasant is one of the very few eligible projects and certainly one of the most premium on offer to capitalise on this significant financial incentive,” says John Woon, the managing director of DevelopWise.

“The market will likely shift up as demand for pre-construction projects like Sanctuary are sought after to capitalise on this massive financial incentive,” says Mr Woon.

The off-the-plan development is already 40% SOLD following its Grand Launch on 21st September 2019 and winning the hearts of downsizers and owner-occupiers alike, with 90% of Sanctuary purchasers being 50 years & over.

Mercedes Construction, part of the ZORZI Group, Perth’s most respected & prestigious luxury home builders since 1956, has been appointed as the builder.

“We envision Sanctuary as being out of the ordinary and an exceptional project quietly situated in Mount Pleasant’s tree-lined Wren Street. These meticulously crafted residences are nearly 1.5 times larger than your typical apartments on the market, generously sized to feel like a home & designed to our uncompromising standards where “apartment living” takes on a whole new meaning.”

“In order for us to deliver a project of such high calibre, we have engaged highly regarded names in Perth’s luxury residential market that share our steadfast commitment to creating beautiful buildings that positively contribute to the neighbourhood in which they stand” says Mr Woon.

Sanctuary Mount Pleasant is scheduled to start construction first half of 2020 with an estimated completion date of late 2021.
