As 2025 comes to a close, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it has been for Oasis Mount Pleasant. Our DevelopWise construction team has done outstanding work bringing Oasis Apartments to life.
With the scaffolding now removed down to Level 2, the building’s elegant curves are becoming even more striking. Both the exterior and interior are taking shape beautifully, revealing the quality and craftsmanship behind every detail.

Since opening our display, the response has been incredibly positive. Visitors have consistently commented on the generous layouts and the high-quality finishes throughout the apartments. It has been truly rewarding to see buyers connect with the spaces exactly as we envisioned.
With 80% of apartments now sold, interest continues to build each week. Many buyers are also taking advantage of the WA Off-the-Plan Stamp Duty Concession, which can offer savings of up to $50,000 when securing an Oasis apartment prior to completion which is currently estimated for March 2026.
