Oasis Mount Pleasant Progress Update – March 2026

/MayAs construction progresses towards completion, Oasis Mount Pleasant continues to take shape with significant milestones achieved across the building.

The architectural façade has become one of the most exciting elements to emerge this month. The installation of structural steel and external panelling has revealed the building’s distinctive curved profile, bringing the original architectural vision to life. The curved façade, together with the sculptural internal lobby features, showcases the thoughtful design details that define Oasis.

Internally, works have continued throughout the common areas, with the finishing touches progressing floor by floor from Level 7 downwards.

Key activities currently underway include:
– Floor preparation for carpet installation within lift lobbies and corridors
– Blockwork plastering and planter waterproofing works
– Final wall and ceiling finishes
– Landscaping preparation, including planting and mulch application
– Installation of glass balustrades surrounding the central circular void

The building’s shared resident facilities are also progressing well. The Resident Lounge walls and ceilings have been painted, with cabinetry installation scheduled shortly, followed by floor coverings. The gym has also received its final wall and ceiling finishes, bringing these spaces closer to completion.

At the rooftop level, several key features are now taking shape. The rooftop pool tiling has been completed, with commissioning scheduled for late April. Waterproofing works to the rooftop terrace have been completed, with tiling installation commencing shortly. Solar panels, rooftop services, and supporting amenities continue to progress as part of the final stages of completion.

With apartment levels being progressively energised and common areas nearing completion, Oasis is on track towards Practical Completion by April/May 2026.

The next major milestone will be welcoming purchasers for their apartment inspections from late April onwards, providing the opportunity to experience their new homes and see the quality of workmanship firsthand.
