Exciting things are happening at Oasis! Construction is in full swing, and we are powering through the start of the year. Here’s a quick look at our recent progress and what is coming next:
Recent Highlights:
- Completed concrete pours for vertical elements and suspended slabs on Level 1 and 2
- Wet fire installation has commenced in the basement; sprinkler/stripping and back propping progressing well.
- Blockwork for perimeter boundary walls complete
- Lift and stair core reached Level 3, with stair flights extending to Level 1
What’s Next:
- Suspended slab and vertical elements scheduled for pouring on Level 3
- Stairs progressing to Level 2, core extending to Level 4
- Formwork for the 1st pour of Level 4 expected by the end of March
- Service trades, including wet fire and hydraulic works will continue on the Ground Floor, while basement blockwork nears completion.
